Carina Finn Koeppicus is a food-obsessed writer, editor, and photographer.
She works as an Associate Commerce Editor for Bustle Digital Group, where she writes and edits shopping content across all BDG properties including Bustle, The Zoe Report, Mic, Inverse, and Elite Daily. She’s also a freelance food writer, recipe developer, and photographer. You can see her work in publications like The Infatuation, Eater, Bon Appetit, The Kitchn, Condé Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, and many others.
When she’s not writing about the comfiest clothing you can buy online or tracing the origins of iconic New York dishes, she writes novels for younger audiences that blend fantasy, adventure, and of course, food.
Carina is represented by Linda Epstein of Emerald City Literary Agency. She is the author of several collections of poetry, including LEMONWORLD & Other Poems, Invisible Reveille, and The Grey Bird: Thirteen Emoji Poems in Translation. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Notre Dame, where she was the recipient of a Nicholas Sparks Fellowship, and a BA in English & Creative Writing from Sweet Briar College. She received an &Now Award for Innovative Writing for The Grey Bird, and has won two Academy of American Poets Prizes.
